TORONTO (September 12, 2018): The National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA) issued the following statement today regarding the National Hockey League’s (NHL) decision to suspend Austin Watson for 27 games:

“The NHLPA will be filing an appeal on behalf of Austin Watson.”
