The NCAA 'March Madness' Tournament kicked off on Thursday, with sports fans filling out brackets and trying to top their friends and co-workers in office pools all across North America.

NHL dressing rooms are no different, with NHLPA members (as competitive as they are) joining the fray and playing expert in an attempt to be crowned March Madness bracket champion of their respective club.

NHLPA.com caught up with the members of the Tampa Bay Lightning this week prior to the tip-off of the tournament and got some insight into the players' picks and who they think is going to come out on top.
