NHLPA Goals & Dreams fund -- 2013 CBC Hockey Day in Canada

As part of CBC's annual Hockey Day in Canada (HDIC) celebrations, the NHLPA Goals & Dreams fund donated approximately $50,000 worth of brand new hockey equipment to five programs in the Peterborough, Ontario area. Peterborough was host to CBC's 2013 HDIC live broadcast on February 9th, which brought CBC personalities, former NHLPA members, and hundreds of hockey playing Canadians to the frozen canals of the Trent Severn water way.
