NHLPA & LG Canada Partner to Introduce ""LG Playoff Player of the Week

TORONTO, ON (April 26, 2011) – LG Canada and the National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA) are proud to expand their partnership by introducing the “LG Playoff Player of the Week”, which will be hosted on NHLPA.com during the 2011 NHL postseason. 

The “LG Playoff Player of the Week” will highlight one player throughout the 2011 NHL Playoffs who outshone the rest of the field while providing a strong contribution to his team during the previous week.  Each week fans can visit the site at www.nhlpa.com/News/Player-Of-The-Week to see if their favourite player was selected as the best of the best.   The “LG Playoff Player of the Week” on NHLPA.com provides a platform for many of the top NHL playoff performers to be highlighted for their grit, determination and overall play as they strive towards the goal of winning the Stanley Cup.
