Q. I've placed a bid, how will I know if I win?
A. Great! We will contact you via email or phone if you have the winning bid when the auction closes. Make sure to bookmark our eBay Store & check back often to make sure you haven't been outbid.

Q. I've won the auction! What happens next?
A. Congratulations! You will receive an email or phone call from an NHLPA employee to confirm the payment amount and payment instructions. Payments must be received within three (3) business days of the close of the auction.

Q. I've made my payment, how long until I receive my item?
A: We will ship out jerseys within 24hours of receiving payment. Most shipments within North America will arrive within 1 week after that. Shipments outside of North America may take longer. You can track the process of your shipment by using the tracking link included in your shipment confirmation email.

Q. I'm outside of the US & Canada, can I still bid?
A: Absolutely! Just note that your shipping cost is a little higher ($65), plus we cannot guarantee what taxes or duties might be applied to your shipment.

Q. What size are the jerseys? Who are they made by?
A: The jersey size will appear on each item listing, under the picture of the Jersey. All Olympic jerseys were made by Nike.

Q. What game was the Jersey work in?
A: The game worn will appear on each item listing, under the picture of the Jersey.

Q. What are the accepted methods of payment?
A. All payments must be received via PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Dinners Club, PayPal balance & bank transfers. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card.

Q. Will a receipt be provided?
A. Yes, a receipt outlining the final bid amount paid will be provided by the NHLPA.

Q. How will you ship these items?
A. All jerseys will be professionally packaged and shipped directly from the NHLPA's office in Toronto, Canada via UPS (USA) or Purolator (Canada). All jerseys must be shipped to a physical address, no PO boxes. A signature will be required before the courier company releases the jersey.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. We will charge a flat rate for all jersey shipments: Canada $25, USA $35, Worldwide $65. All prices are in USD.

Q. I'm in the US and you are in Canada will I have to pay extra duties?
A. No. US residents will not be charged extra duties or taxes. We have arranged to take care of any duties and taxes on all shipments to the US.

Outside of the US & Canada, local customs, duties or taxes might be applied to your shipment upon arrival in your country.

Q. Is this purchase tax deductible?
A. Please contact your personal tax advisor for information on this issue. However, we will not be issuing a tax receipt as you are buying an item rather than making a donation.

Q. Will you charge sales tax on these items?
A. No. Since these items were donated & all proceeds will be donated to a registered charity, we are not charging and sales taxes on these items.

Q. Will my item come with a Letter of Authenticity?
A. Yes. Every jersey will come with a Certificate of Authenticity from the National Hockey League Players' Association.

Q. Have the Jerseys been washed or altered after the game?
A. No. In order to preserve the historic nature of these jerseys, they were not washed or treated in any way. The jerseys were literally taken off of the players backs after the game.

Q. Do the Jerseys smell?
A. See above.

Q. How did you get the jerseys?
A. Through an agreement with the IOC/IIHF, the NHLPA was permitted to obtain one jersey from all of our members playing in the Olympics. The jerseys were obtained by NHLPA staff immediately after the conclusion of each game and were transported securely to the NHLPA offices.
